Redux stage hosting New Music Collective's Philip White

Electronic noise artist and New Music Collective co-founder Philip White will perform works for sound and video at Redux Contemporary Art Center this Friday, September 25.

The concert will feature the world premiere of White's video work shut(d)er as well as a solo performance on homemade electronics. The concert will be preceded by an informal lecture by the artist at 6 p.m. on his compositional techniques and the conceptual underpinnings of his work.

Tickets to the 7 p.m. concert are $10 for general admission, $5 for students and anyone under 18 gets in free.
