Venture into an audio wonderland with Snake Oil Medicine Show

Snake Oil Medicine Show will dazzle audience members Friday, October 3, at the Pour House in James Island. This eclectic band is like none I have ever heard before: They use hybrid elements of blue grass, Broadway musicals, kid’s "We Sing" tunes, and many other inexplicable genres.

Their music reels in the audience, but the shows are visual candy as well. Their MySpace reports:
The art and music created by Snake Oil Medicine Show are vivid expressions of love. Fantasies become three-dimensional, technicolor props and mysteriously gargantuan puppets at festivals and larger shows.

This will truly be a unique experience for music lovers, so head over to the Pour House at 8 p.m. on Friday for a journey to an audio wonderland.

The Pour House is on 1977 Maybank Highway on James Island.
