On February 25th, join the South Carolina Aquarium’s Sustainable Seafood Initiative and Middleton Place, a sustainable restaurant partner, for a delicious dinner featuring five seafood dishes, special wine pairings and dessert.
Chef Garrison will prepare special sustainable seafood dishes while you learn how your seafood choices today can ensure healthy fish for the future. Ten percent of the proceeds from the dinner will benefit the South Carolina Aquarium’s Sustainable Seafood Initiative, a conservation program of the non-profit organization.
The evening kicks off at 6 p.m. As an added treat, Graham Whorley will perform during the dinner, which will be held in the Pavilion. Limited seating available, reservations are recommended.
