Guerilla Cuisine's August dinner has Circa 1886's Marc Collins at the helm

Charleston's "underground supper club", Guerrilla Cuisine, is fast approaching it's August dinner on the 19th and some tickets remain.

On the lineup this time are items like our "Scallop Ceviche, Mango Noodles, Cucumbers, Raspberries, Romaine Ribs, Black Sesame Seeds, Blue Potato Vichyssoise, Goat Cheese Mousse, 'Smoked' Salmon Caviar, Prosciutto, Braised Chicken Thigh, Chanterelle Mushrooms, Carolina Gold Rice, Warm Zucchini Salad, Cherry Coulis, Beef Tenderloin 'Sous Vide', Heirloom Tomato, Creamy Béarnaise Grits, Burgundy Reduction, 'Banana Pudding' Ice Cream Sandwich, Sea Salt Rum Caramel, Valrhona Orange Truffle."

Chef this time is Chef Marc Collins of Circa 1886.

The location of the event will be announced before hand to ticket holders by e-mail. Tickets are $70 plus gratuity, plus you bring your own alcoholic beverages. A total of 25 tickets are being sold. You can buy tickets here.
