Join The Cocktail Club this Saturday, September 3rd, as the upper King Street lounge bar hosts its second mixology class “Bitters 101” from noon to 2 p.m.

Led by beverage director Jasmine Beck, head mixologist Jonathan Calo and guest mixologist Brooks Reitz of FIG, the informative afternoon will teach guests about how bitters can be the secret ingredient to a variety of cocktails, focusing on three different types of bitters and how they are used to create balance, depth, and complexity in a number of spirits.

The craft cocktail classes are held on the first Saturday of each month, with each session highlighting a new technique, alcohol or ingredient, showcasing examples from The Cocktail Club’s extensive beverage menu.

Tickets are $25 per person and open to the public, with a limit of 20 seats for the class. To register, email apennas@theindigoroad.com.
