It's time again for Rare Beer Tuesday at the Charleston Beer Exchange, and this week El Mole Ocho from Michigan's New Holland Brewing is hitting the growler station at 5 p.m.

The name leaves no room for questions about the inspiration for this concoction, but here's a quick rundown from the CBX blog:

This incredibly unique beer embraces the spirit of the legendary mole sauce of central Mexico! It has a malty aroma and rich, cocoa-laden body laced with an invigorating tinge of dried chilies and coffee. This beer comes in at 8% ABV and is ultra limited in SC, so don’t miss out!

El Mole Ocho gets a B from the folks at BeerAdvocate, an 82 from Ratebeer, and it sounds like something Eric Battles would put inside a candy wrapper.  Check it out while you can!
