Sustainable Seafood Dinner at Fish restaurant

Chef Nico and crew over at Fish have begun preparation for the 'Sustainable Seafood Dinner' taking place on Tuesday, July 21 at 6p.m.

The dinner is $55 for four courses with a percentage of the proceeds going to the South Carolina Aquarium. On the menu are some French-Asian creations prepared specifically for this meal, including a local shrimp spring roll and pan seared red porgy ratatouille.
