Ted's heads west for their upcoming Craft Beer Dinner

Ted's Butcherblock is going out west for this month’s Craft Beer Dinner featuring the best brews from California and Oregon paired with a delicious menu of west coast flavors.

Here's a look at the menu:

First Course:

Yellowtail Pastrami Crudo with Celeriac Remoulade, Dill Prosecco Gele, Preserved Meyer Lemon, Rye Shortbread

Paired with Full Sail LTD – Oregon

Second Course:

Housemade Country Pate with Lavender and Brandy with Strawberry-Ginger Gastrique, Honey and Mustard Seed Candied Pistachios and Cheddar Chive Twists

Paired with Steel Head India Pale Ale – California

Third Course:

Vindaloo and Citrus Spiced Duck Confit with Turnip Puree, Sweet Potato Maple Cake, Cherries and Endive with Cocoa Nib Vinaigrette

Paired with Rogue Brewery Double Mocha Porter – Oregon

Fourth Course:

Frangipan with Grilled Pineapple with Malted Oat Crisp, Ricotta with Agave Nectar, Vanilla Bean Sage Syrup

Paired with North Coast Brewing Co. Old Stack Ale – California

The "Best of the West" dinner is coming at you on April 28th at 7:30 p.m. The cost is $38 per person, and reservations can be made by calling (843) 577-0094.
