Vietnamese, Italian dinners popping up at the Bee this weekend

Allow your taste buds to experience Vietnamese and Italian cuisine this weekend with two very special pop-up dinners that will be taking place at Butcher & Bee.

On Friday, October 26, the Nguyen family will be serving up a Vietnamese dinner including a la carte options such as pho, chicken curry, shrimp and pork over rice, vegetarian stir fry with egg noodles, spring rolls, and shrimp + sweet potato fritters. Dinner is from 5:30-9:30 p.m. - no reservation required. Take-out and delivery (via Quickfoxes) is available.

On Sunday, there will be an Italian dinner from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. featuring guest chef Dick Bosstick. This meals will focus on the regional cuisine of Venice. The menu is priced at $35 per person, which includes four courses (appetizer, pasta, main, and dessert). Dishes to inclued sweet-and-sour anchovy salad, butternut squash gnocchi, bigoli with duck ragu, veal stew, salted cod, grilled polenta, and limoncello tiramisu, among other dishes.

Reservations are strongly encouraged for the Italian dinner and can be made by calling the restaurant at 843.619.0202. Both meals are BYOB (or wine) as always.
