On Monday, July 11th, Blossom will officially jump on Charleston's bustling beer dinner train when they host Mount Pleasant's Westbrook Brewing for a beer dinner.

Pairing a multi-course meal with a themed set of beers has become a favorite endeavor for local eateries of all shapes and sizes.  Blossom is an example of a higher-end joint entering the market at a lower price point, with the dinner costing a very reasonable $40 a head (plus tax and tip).  Check out the menu in PDF form here.  It features Westbrook's three year-rounds, White Thai (5% ABV, B+), Belgian Pale (5.6% ABV, B-), and IPA (6.8% ABV, A, 87) while also featuring a new Farmhouse Saison (presumably "Cowboy Meets Farmer", a funky Amarillo-hopped wheat ale).
