Don't miss it: A whole hog roast from folks that really know how to do meat.
To celebrate Chef Brian's birthday, Ted's Butcher Block is roasting a whole hog tonight, August 31, starting at 4 p.m.
The pig is coming from the Update Farmers' Alliance in the "Caja China" roasting box. They'll be serving all-you-can-eat plates, including sides, for $16 per person (while it lasts) from 5 to 8 p.m.
Sides: Cucumber Salad / Red-Skin Potato Salad with Sour Cream & Dill / Tres Leche Cake with Fresh Fruit.
Tonight is also the Friday wine tasting, here's the lineup for that:
