Six months in the making, Xiao Bao Biscuit has a restaurant home as of tonight and is hosting a grand opening starting at 6 p.m. — yes, that's tonight, November 16.

It'll be 6 p.m. until close at 224 Rutledge (corner of Spring Street).

Here's details: "Come out and help us celebrate the opening of our new restaurant.  A free sampling of food will be available (sold out when we're sold out)."
