Myrtle Beach fire fighters will have 2500 smoke detectors for distribution to those in need at Home Depot on Oak Forest Lane in Myrtle Beach on Saturday, December 1, 2012 beginning at 11 a.m.

The event is sponsored by Home Depot and Kidde. It takes place during a Kids Workshop which runs from 9 a.m. to noon and children can make a photo frame.
