First reporting, October 22: The Charleston City Paper's got the story on the Belmont Lounge, a new bar that will soon be opening at 511 King Street.

The brainchild of a former Hall's Chophouse bartender, the Belmont Lounge, set to open in November, will offer up an affordable wine list, single malt scotches, small batch bourbon, cheeses, charcuterie, and sandwiches.
