Lowcountry firefighters and police officers will be playing a charity softball game to benefit children with birth defects and childhood diseases at the Joseph P. Riley Jr., Park this Sunday, June 7.

Two dollars of every $5 ticket and $3 of every $7 ticket will go to the Carolina Children's Charity. Tickets can only be purchased online. The password is softball09. There will be free food for kids as well as plenty of fun activities around the park.

As an added bonus, any tickets purchased for the 1:15 p.m. charity game will also cover your admission to the 5:05 pm RiverDogs game versus the Rome Braves. For more information about the charity softball game, click here.
