The final of the Johns Island planning meetings will be held tonight by the City of Charleston at 6 p.m at 3351 Maybank Highway.

The meetings are part of the City's efforts to involve the community in developing a new zoning code for the portion of Johns Island that is part of the city.

The area of the island that is not in the city will have its own separate plan developed by Charleston County.
