Meeting on Glenn McConnell and I-526 interchange

A $9 million plan would target the I-526 / Glenn McConnell Parkway Interchange by widening lanes, extending on-ramps, and better accommodate pedestrians and bikes. A public meeting will give attendees a change to make comments, ask questions and review designs.

The meeting will be held 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday (July 8) at West Ashley High School (4060 Wildcat Boulevard).

The Post and Courier did a fairly thorough write up of the project in early May.
