Free North Myrtle Beach real estate class covers options in a struggling economy

On Wednesday, January 25, 2012, from 4 to 5:30 p.m., the North Myrtle Beach Library will host a class on real estate in a struggling economy.  Topics covered will be short sales, deeds in lieu, foreclosures, and reverse mortgages.

The program will be conducted by Juliet M. Casper, a partner with the Myrtle Beach Law Firm Newby Pridgen, Sartip & Masel, LLC.  Her firm is a general practice law firm, engaged in civil practice since 1978.  She received her JD and MLS degrees from Indiana University School of Law.  She is a former legal research instructor and Law Librarian at the Indiana University School of Law.  Her practice consists of residential and commercial real estate, estate planning and probate, construction litigation, commercial and corporate transactions.  Ms. Casper is licensed  in both North and South Carolina, and has won an award for outstanding customer service. 

The program is free and open to the public.
