On Sunday, May 22nd, from 5:30 to 9 p.m., the 3rd annual Charleston Yacht Affair will take place at The Charleston City Marina (17 Lockwood Drive).

The event will feature 12 yacht tours, an array of local chefs serving tapas, an open bar, signature drinks by Firefly, and a silent auction. Live music will be provided by Help! in the Rice Mill Building and by The Hawks on the docks. But not only is the Charleston Yacht Affair about having a good time--it's also about helping a great cause. All proceeds go on to benefit Communities in Schools' dropout prevention program. These services help nearly 6,400 at-risk children in a total of 17 Charleston and Berkeley County schools.

Tickets are $85 per person and $160 per couple and are available online (www.charlestonyachtaffair.org), by calling (843)740-6793, or at the door.
