The Charleston RiverDogs are set to host their 7th Annual Golf Tournament, on Tuesday, April 17, at Wild Dunes Resort. The event is presented by Parks Auto Parts and benefits the Medical University of South Carolina’s Storm Eye Institute.

This 11 a.m. shotgun start with a four-man Captain’s Choice format is not a typical golf outing. The "Fiesta de RiverDogs" themed tournament will be a celebration that even RiverDogs Director of Fun Bill Murray won’t want to miss.

At each hole, there will be a fun contest including doing “the worm” at the Too Much Tequila hole, testing your manhood at the One Hot Tamale hole during a chili pepper eating contest, and playing flip cup on the Cinco de Drinko hole.

Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third places, and in typical RiverDogs fashion, there will also be prizes given for best cart decor, best costume and best golf head cover.

The $500 per four-person team entry fee includes green and cart fees, range balls, an exclusive golfer gift and goodie bag, unlimited beverages, lunch provided by Bojangles, awards ceremony and dinner courtesy of Q’doba Mexican Grill.

Individuals may join the action for $125, and for $350 any local business can become a hole sponsor.
