Here's how to sneak an early registration to the Kiawah Marathon

Not only is the Kiawah Island Golf Resort Marathon and Half Marathon popular, it's also the metro Charleston area's only full marathon.
And that means it will likely sell out fast when registration opens at 9 a.m. on Sunday, August 1.
But rather than drag yourself out of bed early, The Post and Courier has secured early registration access at 7 p.m. tonight, July 31.
All you need do is hop over to David Quick's running blog at 7 p.m.
You can also register at 9 p.m. tonight if you're a friend of the marathon on Facebook.
Registration for the full marathon is $90, and $85 for the half.
