Mutiny against the Grand Strand All-Stars (Update: Game recap)

Update: The Grand Strand All-Stars put forth a valiant effort in their scrimmage match against the Myrtle Beach Mutiny and walked away with their heads held high. While The Myrtle Beach Mutiny showcased skill and balance with their 4-0 victory in Thursday nights friendly match-up their real test lies this weekend as they scrimmage against the Wilmington Hammerheads this Sunday. 

Shawn Guderian, Max Weston, Othman Farih and Reinaldo Teixeira of the Mutiny all scored goals in the scrimmage against the GSAS. With a rotating line-up to see which match-ups hold strongest against the front and back lines the Myrtle Beach Mutiny looks for a chemistry that will continue to produce. With their season opener about a month away Coach Olaere, looks at continuing to work towards a strategy that melds the team together.

Myrtle Beach's newest semi-pro soccer team The Myrtle Beach Mutiny, will face off against the Grand Strand Soccer amateur league champions at Socastee Park at 6 p.m. today.

The Grand Strand Soccer amateur league champions represent an all-start bunch looking at getting a shot on goal against the new NPSL franchise team. Fans are invited to attend the scrimmage match at Socastte Park. There is no charge to attend the match.
