Update: Our very own Bobby Altman made it out to the event to shoot some photos. The crowd was super into the derby and cheered on all the teams. Don't forget to make your calendars for the Labor Pains Tournament September 3.

First report: Local area flat track roller derby team, Palmetto State Rollergirls host their roller derby invitational, Cruel Summer II. 

On Saturday, July 30th checkout all the fishnetted, hip-checking action you love as Cruel Summer II rolls into the Grand Strand. The J. Bryan FloydCommunity Center in North Myrtle Beach, will act as host for this event and tickets only run $10 bucks online through Brown Paper Tickets or $12 at the door. Children and senior tickets are only $6. Doors open at 2 p.m.
