Stingrays' MacLean to coach American Conference All-Star Team

South Carolina Stingrays head coach Cail MacLean has been chosen to coach the American Conference All-Star Team alongside Charlotte Checkers head coach Derek Wilkinson.
This is MacLean's first season as head coach and director of hockey operations for the Stingrays after working as an assistant coach for the Stingrays Kelly Cup champion team in 2008-09.
The 2010 ECHL All-Star game is to be held in Ontario, California on January 20th.
