Update, November 21: The NSHH and St. Stephen's Episcopal Church food drive was a huge success. 

Three hundred frozen turkeys were distributed to those in need plus canned goods within an hour.  Hop on over to SCnow.com for the full story and video


First report:  This weekend North Strand Helping Hand will be hosting a food drive and distribution for the upcoming holidays. 

The event will be talking place this Saturday, November 19th starting at 1:00pm 

NSHH and St. Stephens Episcopal Church will be hosting a mass food distribution in Loris for anyone in need of food.  The first 300 families in need of food will receive food assistance including a turkey for their holiday meal.

On your way to the Winestock event this weekend, you might as well swing by and give back to those in need this holiday season! The food distribution will be at the Adult Education Center, located at 4350 Spring Street in Loris. For questions and or details on the day of the event call Margaret Owens at 843.685.5450 .
