At 26-years-old and Iraq War veteran, Matthew Grooms is one of the last folks you'd expect to find it worthwhile to try, try, and try again to get on USC's football team.

But he did, and though it has earned him a less-than-glamorous position, his work ethic has earned him loads of respect.
