The right glass can sometimes make a huge difference in the flavor experience of a beer — so now imagine the taste if it's been poured through a mucky tap.
Similar to washing out your home water pitcher every few months, many a beer geek will tell you that if a restaurant isn't getting its beer tap lines cleaned periodically — well, that's probably why your fresh craft draft beer tastes funky.

So, if you want to support clean fresh brews, ask your bartender, and if they don't have a good answer, opt for a bottle.
