'World-influenced' menu at Mount Pleasant's Graze gets a thumbs up (update: and one more)

(Updates at the bottom) Robert Moss made a trip out to new Mount Pleasant bistro "Graze," and it sounds like they manage to pull off the risky "world influences" approach.

Take a gander of his review at the Charleston City Paper.

A quick gander at their menus has more than a few descriptions I'd like to try -- here are links to their lunch menu and dinner menu. Though I wouldn't mind seeing a few more interesting items on the beer list and I could think of a certain Thai basil and rice tripel that would look stunning along their menu.

They're at 863 Houston Northcutt Boulevard in the Whole Foods shopping center. Open for lunch from Monday-Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., dinner Monday-Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday until 11 p.m. (843) 606-2493.

Oh, and earlier today I mentioned that Moss' notes on being a food critic are rather interesting, and they pivot around his experience at Graze.

Update December 11: Chalk up another good review of Graze, this time from Charleston Scene; read it here.
