We're sure you've been there (or at least heard of it) but with the rainy weather and a great write-up in Charleston Magazine, I thought it'd be an excellent time to remind you about the wonderful food at EVO Pizza, and they also use lots of local ingredients.

Charleston Magazine kicks off: Artisanal style and a Slow Food spirit guide the hands that craft unique flatbread pizzas and fresh local Italian food at EVO, a local pizzeria near vibrant Park Circle in North Charleston. Co-owners Matt McIntosh and Ricky Hacker are the creators of this “extra virgin oven,” where panini, calzone, and pizzas baked with wood-fired heat are so good they’ll leave you speechless with fervor for the next bite.

Go read their full piece.

They're near Park Circle at 1075 E. Montague Avenue at North Charleston.

Also check out the video of the place over at Charleston's Most Unique (at the bottom).
