Chai's Lounge has been going through some changes--one of which is new Executive Chef Christopher Stollard.

Stollard has been a Culinary Instructor at the Art Institute of Charleston for the past four years and is excited to bring that knowledge to Chai's. He graduated from Johnson & Wales University here in LowCountry and then went to Knoxville to ramp up his career. While in good old Tennessee, Stollard won $10,000 in the 6th Annual Bacardi Recipe Classic for Best of Show and also was awarded the AAA Four Diamond honor for Orangery restaurant.

And this is just some of the experience and passion that Stollard is bringing to Chai's.
