Myrtle Beach Chefs Competing in New Orleans

The Myrtle Beach area has many excellent chefs who strive for competitive culinary excellence, and two of them are soon headed to New Orleans to try and hook a national seafood title.

As reported at MyrtleBeachRestaurantNews.com, Executive Chef Corbett Rourk and sous-chef Nicholas Huckabee, both of The Dunes Golf and Beach Club in Myrtle Beach, are competing against 13 other chef duos in the Great American Seafood Cook-off taking place Aug. 6 in New Orleans.

The chefs are preparing hogfish, which is a local seafood delicacy.
