The Park Circle pizza prodigies at EVO are at it again, this time setting their sights on the an Italian classic we all know and love.

Here' the description, from their Web site:

Tonight we are featuring house-made meatballs made with local woodruff farm's pork, braised in tomato sauce with house-made focaccia and parmigiano-reggiano...local, home-made goodness to warm your heart and fill your belly!

EVO famously sources all of their pork from the good folks at Woodruff's, a fine regional purveyor of pasture-raised animal products.  A happy pig is a tasty pig.

Get your local meatball on at 1075 East Montague, in North Charleston.
