Jacques Larson has recently taken over the chef position at Wild Olive, Fred Neuville's Italian venture on John's Island.  According to at least one reviewer, he has been a rousing success in turning what was a tourist joint into a legitimate Italian powerhouse.

Wild Olive is located at 2867 Maybank Highway, basically across the street from Neuville's first John's Island joint, Fat Hen.
