Each year, lawn mower exchanges take place in South Carolina. All exchanges are unique to the needs, demographics, and economics of the local area.

On March 24, the exchange is coming to the Lowcountry and volunteers are needed. Volunteers are needed to assist with parking, survey collection, unloading used lawn mowers or power yard tools from vehicles, removing oil/gas from used lawn mowers, loading new lawn mowers into vehicles, or various other assistance needed at the event.

There will be two shifts of  about 20 people each:

• 1st shift from 8:30 - 11:30 a.m.
• 2nd shift from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
