Mount Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park likely to get longer hours

With a simple vote change by town council, the Mount Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park is headed to have longer hours.
Currently the park closes at 5 p.m. during the winter and 10 p.m. in the summer, but a simple change in who does the final check on the park and locks up could extend the hours to 11 p.m. year round.
