Starting in February, Charleston.com will feature the Holy City's top establishments ranging from the best kid-friendly restaurants to the best lounges and clubs downtown.

Other categories Charleston.com will highlight include: coffee shops and cafes; tour companies; date-night restaurants; boutique and historic hotels; bars and pubs; southern specialty food; golf courses; and seafood restaurants. 

The website will also allow its readers to aid in deeming which business wins "Best of Charleston" within each divison. Winners will be decided by a confluence of Charleston.com editorial review and the eventual results of reader-polling, which will be starting soon.
