The Post and Courier's David Quick has started blogging about the local running scene, which is -- as far as I know -- the only local blog dedicated to the subject.

The blog's new, but so far it seems like an excellent resource for those wanting to keep up about the latest on the local running scene.

But with an impressive 18 posts in just three days, let's hope he can pace himself.
