The new 3G iPhones have sold out in our area, but AT&T stores should be receiving daily shipments of new phones, according to an AT&T sales representative. If you just have to have one, we'd suggest checking once more before stores close tonight and again Saturday morning.

Oh, and it won't do you much good trying to call the AT&T retail stores to ask about stock; your calls will just be routed to the main AT&T Wireless people.

It's also worth pointing out that AT&T and Apple have had a nightmare of a time activating the phones, so it might not be a bad idea to wait a couple of days to give them a chance to resolve the activation issues.
