Charleston looking to make the city 30% more energy efficient

For a long time the City of Charleston has known it wants to encourage energy efficiency among its citizens, but the hurdle has been exactly how they'll make it happen.

Well, the city's getting closer, and TheĀ Charleston City Paper has some details on how they think it will happen.

And simple things can do a lot, the city recently saved a cool $350,000 by doing relatively simple things.
