Update August 26: A Columbia man has won. Here are the details.
First reporting:
A lucky person has the winning ticket to a Powerball ticket worth nearly $260 million.
The ticket was bought in Columbia. The winning numbers Wednesday were 14, 24, 31, 43 and 51. The Powerball was 27 and the multiplier was 5.
