781-acre Laurel Hill Plantation looks set to be newest Charleston County park

A massive 781-acre nature park could soon be part of the Charleston County park system thanks to a 100-year deal that seems nearly finalized.
The land is on the outskirts of Mount Pleasant along S.C. 41 and is the Laurel Hill Plantation tract.
The Post and Courier has a nice report about the proposed deal; read it here.
The Moultrie News actually has a more complete report with photos but it's so poorly formatted it's barely legible.
