Charleston airport moves to add $3 fee to all tickets
Image by Flickr user brighterworldsImage by 20080919blueprints.jpg The Charleston Airport is designing a 10 month project to increase tickets by $3.
If you've been to Charleston's airport, then you know it's far short of a glistening beacon of modernness. To help ensure the design can at least tread water, the airport will start tacking a $3 fee onto all tickets to pay for capital improvement projects (read: construction).
Expect it to take until July for the fee to work its way through red tape to your pocket book.
A couple of write-ups out there, but the Charleston Regional Business Journal generally has the best. Go read it.
I don’t know how will affect this hike in the ticket rates. I think it is one of the latest changes according to the Charleston airport authority. I am expecting more updates on this blog. Keep sharing! directv packages
