Direct flights from Charleston to Boston are back

After stopping nonstop service from Charleston to Boston back in 2008, Delta is restoring the route for summer months, effective now.
Read more stories on this subject in our travel topic page.The route will run from June 4 through September 7 on 50-seat regional jets. Arrival flights at Charleston are at 3:30 p.m. and departure flights leave Charleston at 4 p.m. Flight times are approximately two-and-a-half hours.

A quick search of Delta's online ticket service found nonstop fares between the cities as low as $89 each way.
