Chamber: Charleston economy to get better in 2010, but job growth offset by movers
The Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce's annual forecast for the region is calling for a general (if mild) economic improvement in the region. The one big caveat is the jobless rate, which is expected to hold just below 10% as migration to the metro area is expected to offset job growth.
