Here's a bit about the project from their Web site:
Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the 125-year-old Cigar Factory, is being reinvented as city lofts, modern offices, specialty retail, and restaurants. The heart and soul of the building – the exposed brick walls, 15-foot ceilings and massive industrial windows – will be complimented with top-end technology, modern lifestyle design and impressive amenities. The Cigar Factory will be the most exciting community on the Peninsula.

The Post and Courier did a story on the project last year and indicated the condos would start around $400,000 and run up to $1.4 million.
