The State Ports Authority has pushed back their first draft of the redevelopment plan for downtown Charleston's cruise terminal to allow for more time to consider the public's key suggestions.

Traffic management, a welcoming atmosphere, and incorporating public space into the new terminal are all options that are being considered.
