S.C. has fourth-highest personal income growth

South Carolina recorded the nation's fourth-highest personal income growth of .2 percent in the first quarter of 2009, unlike the national average which fell .5 percent.
The State has the story and the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis has a good visual representation and run-down of the 50 states' personal income.
