V. Smith opens on King Street, has secret to success
Despite a troubled economy, V. Smith Gallery has opened on lower King Street.
ABC News 4 quotes owner Vicki Smith as saying: "My dream when my husband and I came back from Europe was to open an art gallery and crystal porcelain shop in Charleston."
And, I think she has the secret to success: She has no debt and owns all the merchandise. A shame all those other closed businesses on King weren't as fortunate.
V. Smith Gallery is located at 163 King Street in downtown Charleston.
