Charleston jail guard in hot water after allegedly claiming wallet

Less than a week after one Charleston County Detention Center officer was arrested, a second officer has been charged with larceny.
Joseph Ladson, 53, is accused of claiming a wallet with a large amount of cash that did not belong to him at James Island Circle K.
