Update July 13: Making no mention of last Wednesday's incident, the owners of Noah's Ark School and Daycare have announced they will close.

The Post and Courier has some details about the closure but little is know other than parents are unhappy about the recent news and the center is closing up.

First reporting July 9: On Wednesday a toddler was spotted happily playing in Ladson's busy College Park Road.

A happy time for the kid, but terribly worrisome for the adult who spotted the child.

And when she walked the 2-year-old back to the nearby Noah's Ark School and Daycare she spotted another child astray.

As you might expect when DSS caught wind they said they'll plan to step up audits of the daycare.
